  68. When you first enter the program, go the utilities menu and print out
  69. your registration form.
  70.  
  71. Before entering employees, you should use the Utilities Menu functions
  72. to add code lookups for supervisor names, job descriptions, depart-
  73. ments etc.
  74.  
  75. Accruals of vacation and sick leave take place on a daily basis when
  76. the program is first entered.  The program looks at the employee's
  77. anniversary of hire and compares that to the current date to determine
  78. a percentage of the year expired since that anniversary.  It then multiplies
  79. the percentage times the number of hours you indicated as an annual
  80. allocation for the employee and subtracts any hours taken.  The result is
  81. the Year-To-Date available number of hours.

  83. On the employee's next anniversary, the program archives all leave taken
  84. for the previous year and prints out the detail for your files.  It then
  85. resets the number of hours taken and year-to-date available to 0.
